This pretty, modern Scandinavian-style wooden house is just a few steps away from the sandy Baltic Sea beach.

In winter you can cosy up in front of the warm wood-burning stove in the living room, in summer the wonderful terrace with high-quality garden furniture invites you to enjoy unforgettable barbecue evenings with your loved ones.
There is also a small garden shed in the hedge-fenced garden. In the cooler months, you can make yourself comfortable with your family in the living room for a DVD evening and watch a few films.

From the large bedroom on the 1st floor you have access to the balcony, where you can always find a place to sunbathe. From here you can not only enjoy the Baltic Sea air, but also let your gaze wander over the hustle and bustle of the holiday home village. Downstairs on the ground floor, you will find a cosy living area with floor-to-ceiling windows and a modern bathroom with your own private sauna, where you can warm up after a long walk on the beach. A dream holiday at any time of year.

The Süssau beach is a long natural beach, most of which is also open to dogs.

For anglers, Süssauer Strand offers a unique stretch of sea trout.

And should the weather not play along, the surrounding area offers many worthwhile excursion destinations: the Baltic Sea spa Großenbrode, the Schleswig-Holstein Lake District, the Hansapark in Sierksdorf and the island of Fehmarn with a shark and marine centre, a donkey park and 'Noah's Ark'. Denmark is also just a stone's throw away.

    “Das Haus ist 2016 erbaut und ist sehr ansehnlich, man konnte sich wohlfühlen. Das Objekt war gepflegt und erfüllte seinen Zweck. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gut. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und lichtdurchflutet.

    Warum ich nur 4 Häuser, statt 5 vergeben kann, liegt daran, dass es den Zaun nicht wie beschrieben um das Grundstück gab. Bei den Häusern, wo es einen gab, war dieser nur 50 cm Hoch und nicht komplett geschlossen. Wir konnten somit unseren Hund nicht frei laufen lassen, weil Nachbars Hunde uns öfter besuchten. Über die weiteren Kleinigkeiten kann man hinweg sehen”
