Holiday Apartment in Pula with Private Garden

This holiday apartment with a private garden and pool is on the ground floor of a private house, in a quiet location near the forest, where you can relax totally and recharge your batteries. From here you can enjoy a beautiful sea view as far as the Brijuni islands. The house is occupied by members of the owner’s family.

The modern and newly furnished apartment was let out for the first time in 2015 and is also suitable for a holiday with children. It provides 100m² of space for six people. The centrepiece of the apartment is the spacious, air-conditioned living room with an open, fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table for six people and a sitting area with an LCD TV and a big sofa for two people. A DVD player and stereo system with Bluetooth and a USB port are provided. The very modern bathroom with elegant black and white tiles is fitted with a shower cubicle, a bath, WC, bidet and double washbasin. The comfortable bedrooms ensure a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, the second with two single beds 90cm wide.

The garden, terrace and grill, as well as the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool that was built in 2015 are for the exclusive use of guests. It is a few steps down for a refreshing dip, then you can use the outdoor shower with warm and cold water and enjoy the sun on the deckchairs. There are two parking spaces by the house.

The apartment is equipped with free wireless Internet access, a Playstation with some games and a darts board. Smoking is allowed.

It is just ten metres to the nearest bus stop. The town centre is about 1.5km and the nearest beach 2km away. It is 200 metres to a grocery shop. There will not be a dull moment in Pila. Not only can you relax and swim in beautiful bays, but the town also has many sights from Roman times, such as the famous amphitheatre.

    “Wir waren mit 4 Personen Anfang August zusammen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Diese Wohnung ist sehr sauber gewesen und ausgestattet war sie auch gut. Alles was in der Beschreibung stand war auch so vorzufinden. Das Highlight war natürlich der Pool, der sauber war. Alles in einem eine super Wohnung. Ich ziehe ein Häuschen ab, da der Weg in die Stadt ein bisschen gedauert hat und zum nächsten schönen Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren.”
