    “Ein wenig mehr Pflege der Wohnungen und des Pools wären toll. Positiv: Die Waschmaschine ist super praktisch. Ruhige Lage. Negativ: Die Küchen Ausstattung war furchtbar schmutzig und alt muffelig. Die Spülmaschine eine Katastrophe, Geschirr schmutzig rein und schmutzig wieder raus. Das Badezimmer wurde regelmäßig überschwemmt beim Duschen, Duschkopf Halterung kaputt. Der Pool wird nicht gereinigt. Das Billard Zimmer ist ein stinkiger Lagerraum und sehr schmutzig.     “Das Objekt ist nicht gut gepflegt. Billiard Raum und grillplatz wurden schon länger nicht sauber gemacht. Treppe am Pool wackelt. Muss man aufpassen dass die Kinder sich nicht verletzen. Strand in der Nähe ist nicht schön, liegt sehr viel Müll überall rum. Positiv: In der Wohnung hat man spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Negativ: Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles was die Nachbarn machen. An Schlaf ist nicht zu denken. Schimmel in der Dusche. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht immer.”
