Steps away from Saint--Lawrence River' Shores, Bike Paths and Beautiful Parks our home is located in a quite residential area about 20 minutes drive from Downtown Montreal. This is one of the closest to the City center southwest neighborhoods, Lasalle. The owner of the apartment lives next door and is always available to offer any help.
This fully furnished apartment is located on the top second floor of a three storey's house. There is heating/air-conditioning everywhere in the unit. The second floor is about 90sq.m in size and comprises of the following rooms: living room With 1 lounge chairs, a flat screen TV and a 3 seats sofa. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed. There is another queen size bed in the second bedroom and a single bed in the third one. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a stove, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a bath tub. There are large enough closets in each one of the bedrooms.
The backyard is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. We offer one private parking spot on the driveway, there are also some free spots on the large enough street. However, sometimes the parking spot on the driveway is shared with the guests from our first floor appartment. Please, negotiate with the owner.

The Supermarket and restaurants are located 5 minutes drive from the house. In the summer, there are some water activities organized not too far as canoeing, river excursions, sailing, kayaking. It is also possible to rent a canoe close by and enjoy.
