Surrounded by water, you can enjoy a particularly maritime vacation at OstseeResort Olpenitz: this floating house named "Captain Jack Sparrow" is located on a pontoon directly on the water. But despite the name, you don't have to fear pirates, of course, because the house is located in the safe waters of the OstseeResort Olpenitz directly on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein.
From the roof terrace, you can gaze out over the waters of Marina Olpenitz and admire the passing boats.
On the first floor of the house are the two comfortable bedrooms. Thanks to the panoramic windows, you can still enjoy the view over the waves from your bed. Next to the bedrooms you will find the modern shower room and of course one of the highlights of the house, the sauna.
One floor up is the large, open-plan living area complete with modern kitchenette. The whole floor is designed loft-like. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, it is particularly bright and inviting.
The car can be parked on the shore in the immediate vicinity of the floating house.
The marina's bathing bay can be quickly reached with a short walk. Please note that fishing is not allowed in the marina basin.
The new vacation home area is currently being built on the former naval area in Olpenitz on more than 150 hectares.
