Close to the center of Pattaya, 6 bedroom villa with private pool, just minutes from the Beach / City and Walking Street.

The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large L-shaped living room; with modern furniture and a spacious kitchen, equipped with a big refrigerator, ice machine, freezer, cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven  and washing machine. The house is fully air-conditioned and has FREE High speed WIFI and Netflix.

 

The gardens are set around the fabulous private pool with its crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather with all year tropical sunshine. Our large outside dining area offers plenty of shaded seating, perfect for those BBQ evenings, at the Villa is a BBQ and coals are provided.

The estate is located just off a main road which has plenty of good restaurants and fine bars including a Irish Pub, minimarkets, fresh food markets, a German bakery (Fresh bread every morning), ATMs, shops and massage spas all just a few minutes walk from the villa.



On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.

The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water.

 

We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.

 

This listing comes with FREE Electricity 80 kWh a night, thats for normall use enough, water usage from the tab is free by normall usage. When you use more then the FREE 80 kWh the extra cost will be 8 Baht a kWh. The eletricity meter will be checked at arrival and again when you check out.

    “Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Anlage mit geschätzt 50 anderen Villen. Die Anlage, das Haus, der Garten und der wirklich große Pool sind ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Alles sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll und mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet. Gefühlt waren jeden 2. Tag der "Poolboy" oder der Gärtner vor Ort. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum von Pattaya. Das erfordert Mobilität. Entweder Mietwagen, Moped oder aber Taxi. Wir haben viel mit dem Taxi unternommen. Alles ist erreichbar binnen maximal 30 Minuten; die Villa ist zwar nur rund 3-4 km von der City entfernt, aber bei dem irren Verkehr in der Stadt dauert es halt ein bisschen länger!!!). Super: In der Info-Mappe der Villa findet sich die Rufnummer für den Taxi-Service der Anlage. Anrufen (am Besten mit einer Thai-Telefonkarte), Uhrzeit sagen, wann man abgeholt werden möchte und pünktlich steht der Wagen vor der Tür. Und für die Rückfahrt ist auch gesorgt: Vom Vermieter erhält man einen kleinen Zettel mit Lageplan der Anlage und einer Wegbeschreibung in Thai. So sind auch Taxifahrer aus der City in der Lage, einen wieder sicher zurück zu bringen. Die Taxifahrten in die City hinein haben einen Festpreis von 300 THB (knapp 8.-€), der Weg zurück ist Verhandlungssache. Und wenn wir mal keine Lust auf Ausflüge in die City hatten: Ein kurzer Spaziergang zur Straße vor "Pattaya Hill 2" und alles Lebensnotwendige war in Reichweite. Mehrere Restaurants, Einkaufsläden (Family Mart, 7-11), laundry, Friseur und 2 Massagesalons. Zum Vermieter gibt es nur soviel zu sagen: Die Vermieter sind wahnsinnig nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wenn es Probleme gibt: Einfach anrufen und Hilfe naht! Thanks for all! See you next year!!!”
