Fully enclosed holiday house with a beautiful garden, terrace and traditional stone grill This detached vacation home is located in Peroj in the region of Istria. The property is 19.3 km from Rovinj and features views of the sea.

The house offers two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons (there is a sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen is fully equipped. The two bathrooms have a shower. A TV with satellite channels is available.

    “Für uns und unsere Hunde war es ein rundum perfekter Urlaub. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen. Positiv: - das Grundstück war komplett umzäunt und auch im vorderen Treppenbereich war eine hohe Mauer, somit konnten sich die Hunde ohne Bedenken frei auf dem Grundstück bewegen.
    - die sehr herzliche und freundliche Art des Vermieters, er spricht gutes deutsch und man konnte sich problemlos verständigen.
    - der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar
    - in jedem Zimmer ist eine separate Klimaanlage Restaurant: Pizzeria Peroj - Sehr gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung Ausflüge: Pula - Colosseum”

    “Sehr schöner Urlaub in ruhiger Lage, etwas weit zum Strand. Mit Hunden SUPER!!! Positiv: Schöner größer Garten. Negativ: Den Weg zum Haus findet msn ohne Hilfe nicht.”

    “Wunderschöner Garten mit schattigen Bäumen, Hängematte, Grillmöglichkeit und Außendusche. Viel Platz um mit Kindern Fußball oder Federball zu spielen oder im Schatten zu lesen. Das Haus ist geräumig, alles funktioniert einwandfrei und ist sehr sauber. Außerdem gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

    “Tolles Grundstück und Haus. Ruhig, sauber, gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und vollständig eingezäunt. Für Hundehalter super. Im Hochsommer angenehmes sitzen unter alten Bäumen. Topp Vermieter. Mit Fahrzeug Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sprachen: English, deutsch, italienisch. Kommen gerne wieder. Danke.”
