This holiday home on the farmhouse is exclusively for your use. An entire floor situated in a separate building can also be used by you. The rooms are very classy and well furnished. From the large terrace, you have a wonderful view of the mountains. It is a beautiful area for winter hikes and cross-country skiing. In nearby Kaiserwinkl there are two modern ski areas, which are particularly family-friendly.

    “Perfekt ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung.
    Phantastischer Blick auf die Berge und Weiden. Riesige Terrasse.
    Alles tip-top sauber und dank glatter Bodenbeläge auch mit Hund gut sauber zu halten.
    Die Lage ist super für Wanderungen rund um die Schwemm und in die Berge.
    Unsere herzlichen Gastgeber, haben uns in allen Fragen super beraten und geholfen und mit einem 1A -Brötchenservice verwöhnt.”

    “Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und sauber. Überragend ist die große Dachterrasse mit einem schönen Ausblick auf den Zahmen Kaiser. Sehr zu empfehlen für Hundebesitzer.”

    “Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Gute Ausstattung. Alles vorhanden, besonders zu erwähnen wäre die Küche mit Geschirr usw. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Wohnung wurde in einem einwandfreien, sauberen Zustand an uns übergeben. Man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen. Einziges Minus. Wohnung wurde am 12.7. für die Zeit vom 19.7.08 gebucht. Am 18.7. hatten wir noch keine Buchungsbest.bzw. Mietausweis. Wurde erst auf Nachfrage zugefaxt. Weiteres Manko war, dass noch nicht einmal der Vermieter über uns informiert wurde. Ging aber problemlos, durch den
    Vermieter wurde umgehend reagiert. Hier sollte der Vermittler noch etwas am System ändern. Ansonsten ein schöner Urlaub.”
