Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Estepona Bel Air

Die Ferienwohnung liegt fußläufig zum Strand, zum örtlichen Einkaufszentrum, einem Golfplatz und einem Tennisclub. Weitere Golfplätze befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung. Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist Teil eines abgegrenzten Ensembles von zweistöckigen Reihenhäusern mit schönem Gemeinschafts-Garten und Gemeinschafts-Pool in einer ruhigen Urbanisation. Auf der großen Ostterrasse genießen Sie den Sonnenaufgang über dem Mittelmeer.



Eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und im größeren der beiden Schlafzimmer dient zum Kühlen und Heizen. Über Satelliten-TV empfangen Sie fast alle deutschen sowie eine Reihe europäischer Sender. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Glasfaser basiertes WLAN, die Benutzung der Waschmaschine und ein eigener Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Die Wohnung ist aufgeteilt in einen 76qm großen Wohnbereich und 20 qm Außenterrassen



Tagestouren mit dem Auto zu den touristischen Highlights in Andalusien wie Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, Málaga, Ronda, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez bieten abwechslungsreiche Erlebnisse. Estepona hat einfach alles: schöne breite Sandstrände, üppige Strandpromenaden, eine Vielzahl von Golfplätzen und gute Kitesurf-Plätze. Estepona ist die direkte Nachbarstadt der mondänen Jetset-Metropole Marbella, hat sich aber sein andalusisches, ländlich anmutendes Flair bewahrt. Das Hinterland von Marbella und Estepona bietet ein erstaunlich vielfältiges Naturerlebnis. Wanderer können zwischen vielen Wanderrouten unterschiedler Schwierigkeitsgrade wählen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Küstenwanderweg von Marbella über Estepona nach Manilva.



Zum Selwo Zoo sind es 4 km, zur Stadtmitte von Estepona 10 km, zum Zentrum von Marbella 17 km, zum exklusiven Yachthafen Puerto Banus 7 km und nach San Pedro 4 km. Der Sandstrand El Saladillo liegt 1.500 Meter entfernt.

    “Die Wohnung verspricht einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt für gehobene Ansprüche. Positiv: Sehr schöne Wohnung, zweckmässig und funktional eingerichtet; sie bietet jeden Komfort. Grosser Balkon mit schöner Bepflanzung Negativ: Wohnung befindet sich ein wenig abseits des Zentrums; Pool ist zu klein im Verhältnis zu Anzahl Wohnungen, war meist durch spielende Kinder besetzt”
