Villa in Pula (8 people) with private pool .The house is located 2000 m from the center of Pula, 500 m from the sea and 1500m from the beach. The nearest shops and restaurants are 500 m.

House is surrounded by other family houses, in a quiet neighborhood, and it is not suitable for parties!




The ground floor is about 60 m² size and consists of the following rooms: A living room with a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, a coffee machine, dishwasher and a dining area as well as an bathroom with a shower. From dining area there is an exit to the terrace which is located to the pool. On the first floor there are three bedrooms (in each flat screen TV) and two bathrooms with toilet. Two bedrooms are with king size beds (180x200 cm) and one bedroom is with two single beds (90x200 cm). The house is fully heated or cooled.



The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and gril. For solo use there is a pool with sun beds and outside shower. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. There is a parking for three cars.



There is a free Wi-Fi. Travel bed and high chair for children are available.

    “Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen.
    Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht.
    Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet.
    Der Weg zum Meer ist nicht weit und man kann zu Fuß nach Pula Innenstadt laufen.
    In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei kleine Supermärkte.
    Leider war der Pool nicht beheizt.”

    “Alles absolut bestens, top Vermieter, kümmert sich sofort um alles, super freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Echt Mega.
    Unterkunft war super ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

    Es war einfach traumhaft.”

    “Wir haben alles so vorgefunden, wie es beschrieben war. Ein Traum waren die Klimaanlagen, die tatsächlich in jedem Raum vorhanden und einwandfrei funktioniert haben. Weiterer Pluspunkt waren die an jedem Fenster vorhandenen Insektengitter. Das hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Verständigung auf Englisch war kein Problem.”

    “Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und für 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder ausreichend groß. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße. Zu einem kleinen Supermarkt läuft man in 5 Min. Mit dem Taxi kommt man günstig und praktisch in die nächsten Städte, da gerade in der Hauptsaison Parkplätze Mangelware sind. Größere Geschäfte (Lidl, Decathlon, Shopping Center) sind mit dem Auto in 5-10 Min erreicht.”
