The vacation apartment is located in a house, which was supplemented in 2018 by a light-flooded extension, in which a spacious, modern eat-in kitchen and the covered balcony are located. The floor-to-ceiling picture windows let the sun shine in and the views roam out. The bedroom and bathroom are located in the older part of the house.

Bed linen and/or towels can be ordered from the owner before arrival or you can bring your own.

Due to the hillside location, the entrance to the apartment at the back of the house is at ground level, but at the front the apartment looks like a 1st floor apartment.

Possible leisure activities and excursion destinations here include the Plohn amusement park (12 km), the reservoirs in Eibenstock (6 km) and Schönheide (10 km), the hiking trails to the Kuhberg or Steinberg (5 km), the German Space Exhibition in Rautenkranz (20 km) and the ski arena in Eibenstock with chairlift and year-round toboggan run (10 km). In the same house is the apartment DER125, only 10 m away is DER122, so in total on this property can accommodate 18 people.

    “Wir hatten einen tollen entspannten Urlaub, weite ruhige Wanderwege die man gemütlich mit den Hunden gehen kann. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt noch tolle Ausflugstipps. Die Ferienwohnung mitten im Wald ist sehr komfortabel eingerichte, sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Draußen hat man noch einen Grillplatz und Liegen die zum Sonnen einladen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”
