Pleasant vacation apartment on the first floor of an environmentally friendly residence with photovoltaic system, surrounded by a fenced plot of about 3000 m² with views over the valley. For common use with other guests: barbecue, tables and chairs, swimming pool with changing room, lawn where you can relax after a nice walk and enjoy the surrounding landscape. The property is located in the village of Sassalbo, home of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park. Many trekking routes start in the village. Just 5 km from Cerreto Laghi, one of the most important winter and summer tourist resorts of the Apennine Ridge. It is a perfect all-season location: in winter for winter sports lovers; in spring and summer for lovers of trekking, fishing and horseback riding; Autumn is ideal for gourmets: in this period the land gives its precious fruits such as olives, chestnuts, mushrooms and corn, which are then brought to the table with truly delicious recipes of the Emilian and Tuscan tradition. 88 km to the impressive villages of Cinque Terre in Liguria, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, considered one of the most beautiful and evocative coastal landscapes in Italy. At 66 km is the town of Carrara, famous for the extraction and processing of the famous Carrara marble, a very fine white marble extracted from majestic marble quarries in the nearby Apuan Alps. About 42 km away the beautiful Gramolazzo Lake in the Garfagnana area with sailing courses, canoeing and pedal boat rentals to reach the other shores of the lake. Some areas of the lake shore are equipped for picnics. An animal observatory is located 1 km away.
