The house is on three floors connected by internal staircase or accessible from the outside. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, spacious living room and dining room, modern kitchen, toilet for guests. The plot impresses with pool and Istrian style barbecue. Relaxed moments offers a sun deck with lounge chairs and polyrattan furniture. The villa is ideal for family holidays or holidays with friends. The location offers a good starting point from where you can quickly get to the ferry for the islands, which you can visit, but also to explore tourist spots such as Moscenicka Draga, Opatija, Rabac, Adriatic, Rijeka and Labin. Excellent restaurants are easily accessible by car. Pool and jacuzzi are open from april till september. No Party, loud music all times!
