The apartment of around 70m² is on the first floor. The cosy living room includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchen utensils, along with an electric stove and oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine for pads and ground coffee, a toaster and a kettle. A dining corner with an extendable table for at least six people and a flatscreen TV invite you to enjoy meals together and sit together sociably. The adjacent bathroom has a shower, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine/dryer. The WC is separate next door. The bedrooms, accessed along the hallway, is furnished with a double bed and a supplementary bed. There is also space for a cot. The cosy living room provides a double sofa bed, a cupboard bed and a further flatscreen TV.

There is a large balcony facing south-west with a table and chairs, as well as loungers with a parasol, inviting you to relax outdoors.
