The house with these two holiday apartments enjoys a top location just a three-minute walk from the beach, affording a wonderful panoramic view. This building is the first house that was built in Utjeha and so is associated with many wonderful memories for the owner, who lives on the ground floor. The little holiday village Utjeha lies between the two towns Bar and Ulcinj and is easy to get to along the Adriatic coastal road.

Pets are allowed. Well-behaved dogs that do not destroy flowers do not have to be kept on theb leash. The free wireless Internet connection can also be used on the balcony. 100 metres from the house there is a boat jetty. The owner owns a 21-metre-long wooden sailing boat with a motor (Gulet) for up to 20 people, as well as a 5.5-metre dinghy for a maximum of eight people. Both boats can be hired, the former by the day, the latter also by the hour.

A bakery, a grocery shop and a vegetable shop can be found just 50 metres from your holiday accommodation. It is just 100 metres to the bach. The nature in this area is still pristine and unspoilt. The Podgorica and Tivat airports are 50km away. In Ada Bojana 20km away there is also a nudist beach.

The house with this holiday apartment enjoys a top location just a three-minute walk from the beach, affording a wonderful panoramic view. This building is the first house that was built in Utjeha and so is associated with many wonderful memories for the owner, who lives on the ground floor. The little holiday village Utjeha lies between the two towns Bar and Ulcinj and is easy to get to along the Adriatic coastal road.

Reconstruction is in progress, so will be available in May 2020.


The 19m² apartment with a separate entrance and a sea view is on the ground floor. It was renovated just recently in 2019 and can accommodate 4 people (2 adult + 2 kids). The bedroom is in living room and provide a double bed (140 x 200cm). There is also a bed (140 x 200cm) on gallery for two people in the living room, which also has air conditioning and satellite TV. The kitchen includes a dining space and is equipped with a gas stove, mini oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, WC and hairdryer.


The apartment has its own furnished terrace with an open view of the sea. On terrace is Jacuzzi what you can use from May to October, under open sky. In front of the house there is a little garden with Mediterranean plants and a fig tree. Behind the house there is a free guest parking area. The garden and the grill are shared with the owner. The site is fully fenced in.
