The detached villa built in 2014 and is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its sunny location the domicile is popular. For your exclusive use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Fažana, district Betiga. The villa is located on a 630 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available in a carport and on the property.
