Comfortable House in Grimersum with Private Parking

This beautiful Frisian house is located in a wonderfully quiet and direct canal location with its own jetty and a view of meadows and fields. It is offset and assembled with another Friesian house on the corner. The house is fenced. You can go fishing, boating, swimming, and much more. The comfortable house is furnished with attention to detail. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a double bed and an attic with a pull-out sofa. 2 bathrooms with shower / toilet (1 each on the ground floor and first floor), as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal. The cozy living room has a fireplace, TV and CD player. The beautiful large garden with terrace is directly adjacent to the canal.     “Alles zusammen genommen war es eine schöne Woche die wir hatten. Positiv: Die Ruhe vor Ort Negativ: Ein paar Reparaturen am Haus und Gartenzaun würden nicht schaden.”

    “Positiv: die ruhige Lage und das nett eingerichtete Haus.
    Die direkte Lage am Kanal
    Bäcker in 3,3km Entfernung. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und somit gut zu erreichen für frische Brötchen zum Frühstück. Negativ: Es wäre schön, wenn man das Haus nicht nur von Samstag bis Samstag mieten könnte sondern z.B. Mittwochs auch die Anreise möglich ist und man so 10 Tage Urlaub machen könnte. Freizeit: Norddeich

    “Wir würden dieses Haus nicht mehr mieten, da die Eigentümer anscheinend nicht bereit sind etwas zu investieren. Abends kann man nicht viel unternehmen, außer man fährt mit dem Auto in die nächst grössere Stadt. Positiv: Die Lage ist gut. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich. Negativ: Bei Ankunft war der Eingang zum Haus von Schwalben verkotet, Liegestühle mussten aussortiert werden, da einige defekt waren. Sonnenschirm und Ständer schmutzig und defekt. Die wurde erst auf Anfrage ausgetauscht. Mülltonnen viel zu klein und verkotet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer schmutzig und durchgesessen.
    W-Lan Verbindung sehr schlecht. Die Betten in den Schlafzimmern Knarren stark. Es gab noch nicht einmal Glasschüsseln für Salat.”
