A self-catering holiday home with a beautiful panoramic sea view of the Evian gulf, olive groves and mountains. Stunning sunsets. A 3 minute drive to the sea.
The island is accessible by road as there is a suspension bridge which connects the mainland to the island. 32 km from the port of Limnionas.
The house is situated on 4500 m2 and has olive trees.
The owners who speak English, French, Greek and Afrikaans live on the property and are there to assist you. 3 km to the swimming pool by the sea.(see photos) - Coco Beach House & Tuz Beach Bar. There are plenty of restaurants at Politika Beach.
Can sleep up to 6 people.

    “Positiv: Es war alles Perfekt,wie beschrieben.Erholung ohne Ende sehr ruhig kein Autoverkehr. Man braucht aber ein Auto den zum Strand sind es ca. 3 Km,aber auch um Evia kennen zu lernen ist ein Auto zu empfehlen,denn es gibt so viel schöne Strände die man nur mit einem Auto erreicht. Wir waren 2 Wochen dort wir wären aber länger geblieben,aber jeder Urlaub geht leider zu ende.Die Vermieter leben auch auf dem Grundstück,sind sehr freundlich und Gastfreundlich. Negativ: Es gibt nicht zu meckern,ist komisch ist aber so es war einer unsere schönsten Urlaube. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.”

    “Das waren unsere erlebnisreichsten, spannendsten, eindrucksvollsten Familienferien. Wir können es kaum erwarten, die Insel und das Ferienhaus wieder zu besuchen. Positiv: Ferien weit abseits der grossen Touristen-Ströme, Leben und Leute kennen lernen, the greek way of life Negativ: - Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, market - Miet-Auto zwingend erforderlich!”

    “optimaler Urlaub, wenn man in der Nähe sein will aber nicht mitten im Rummel. Positiv: Die Gastfreundschaft und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terasse aus. Empfehlung: Families, couples - Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern ideal”
