The charming house Silvano is situated in the green village Galižana near the picturesque village Vodnjan. The cottage is surrounded by a 1000 m2 garden with a well-kept lawn and a private pool (32 m²). It is perfect for meetings of families and friends, barbecues or simply for relaxing reading books. The interior of the holiday home is spacious and bright. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with living room, all fully equipped for a comfortable holiday for larger families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. The nearest beach is less than 5 km from the house. The owner lives in a separate house nearby.

On the first floor, which is reached by an outside staircase, there is a kitchen of 80m2 with dining room and living area (air conditioning and satellite TV).The kitchen has a stove with 4 electric hotplates, cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher and electric kettle.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer.

On the ground floor there is another bedroom with double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine on 20 m2.

Outside there is a garden with a 32 m2 private heated pool, outdoor shower, sitting area with barbecue and 5 sunbeds by the pool.

The facilities include air conditioning in the living room and the lower bedroom, Wi-fi and private parking. Smoking is not allowed except on the terrace.
