Located on the promenade of Campofelice Di Roccella ( location 10 km from Cefalù) Costa Mediterranea Holiday Home is the ideal place to spend a holiday in freedom and relax.

Costa Mediterranea is our proposal for an alternative and certainly cheaper holiday with the convenience of staying in a cozy villa, the possibility to reach the beach without using the car, as positioned at 50 meters from the sea.

Costa Mediterranea is a spacious, comfortable and independent villa: the villa has a living area of 150m² and is equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.
The villa internally offers a comfortable kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary accessories, well-lit dining area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and 4 large bedrooms. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, WI-FI Internet, washing machine, fan and TV .

The outdoor area of the villa has a veranda usable as a dining area, a large garden and a barbecue area. In the garden there are also a shower, toilet, sink and footwasher useful for long afternoons to sunbathe or back from the sea. Private parking for cars and motorbikes is free
