This charming little house is located in a quiet area, in a small Istrian village called Loborika, 10 km from Pula distant. Grocery shop and restaurant are in the vicinity. Various beaches are available in all directions at a distance of 15 km or a 15 minutes drive. House was fully renovated in 2012 and with modern equipment it provides everything necessary for a pleasant vacation. It offers accommodation for 2-3 people. There is an air conditioned living room with sofa bed, kitchen, gallery with double bed, bathroom with washing machine and an outdoor terrace. Kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, electric/gas stove, oven, water heater, coffee maker and dishwasher. Highlight of the house is fenced closed courtyard where you will surely enjoy hot tub or making barbecue. Guests also have TV/SAT, WiFi, bed linen and towels. Pets are also welcomed. Parking is in house courtyard.
