Country style duplex apartment with stunning views of the Adriatic and shared, large pool located on the hillside above Budva in Montenegro.
The house consists of two self-contained apartments, each sleeping four people.You will need a car In order to make the most of the location .
The house is 9 km drive and 3,5 km walk/hike from Budva.
The entire left half of the duplex stone house is made up of apartment 1. On the ground floor there are a bathroom and a large kitchen leading directly to the spacious terrace. The kitchen is equipped with high quality cabinetry, appliances including a full sized refrigerator and a separate beverage fridge. The first floor contains the living room with chimney and the conservatory with direct access to the garden. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a smaller bathroom with shower.
The large terrace with spectacular views has a built in BBQ.
Apartment 1 can be rented together with apartment 3 for larger group (from 8 to 10 people)
During the weekends we organize one day excursions to Skadar lake, Lovcen mountain, city of Kotor and Perast ....
