This fabulous apartment is located right on the seafront, specifically on the Avda. de España promenade. With wide, well-kept beaches and urban facilities that will provide you with everything from access to being able to eat with your family at a beach bar. In addition, this walk is wide and flat, ideal for taking long walks with the family, skating or cycling.



Although it is on the beachfront, the apartment has views of the mountains and the center of Estepona. Center, with its typical streets and businesses that will be of great interest to you due to the variety of businesses you can find, leisure, restaurants, fashion, pharmacies, tobacconists, supermarkets, all within walking distance.



Perhaps the most complicated thing in the area in high season is parking, an issue that can be resolved in the public (but paid) parking just outside the accommodation portal. However, if you travel by bus, you will have different combinations to get to Estepona, with the city's provincial station located about 3 km away. approximately.
