New holiday resort with pool in a spacious pine forest directly on the sea of the Etruscan coast near Donoratico. Harmoniously integrated into the natural oasis, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, the elegant, contemporary furnished apartments in the magnificent resort. The double chalets are bright and modern and are located between 200 m and 600 m from the beach. A beautiful promenade, the "Via della Fontana", runs through the complex. A lot of attention is paid to the children in this family-friendly facility with exciting attractions and games. The sustainably built holiday complex is car-free and offers an extensive animation program for the little ones. Start the day with a long breakfast on the 15 sqm terrace, which is covered with an awning. A free shuttle bus operates within the resort.     “Das Feriendorf ist ideal für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Personal superfreundlich und das Freizeitangebot ausreichend. Ein kleiner Shop am Gelände führt alles nötige und es gibt jeden Tag frisches Brot. Am Strand ist genug Platz für alle und die nächste Ferienanlage liegt ein gutes Stück entfernt. Das einzig negative war die lange Wartezeit am Check in (1.5 h!)”
