Villa Mar - Bahia Dorada

2-bedroom villa in the popular beachfront Urbanizacion Bahia Dorada, which also boasts a number of clear blue communal pools, tennis court and beautifully maintained gardens! The outdoor terrace space at this property is incredible and includes comfortable furniture, large dining space and even a built- in barbecue. Inside the villa, the kitchen has been recently upgraded and there are two nicely decorated bedrooms, both fully air conditioned. Estepona Town is only a short drive or coastal walk away, so this is the ideal place to spend your holiday!



This gorgeous two bedroom two bathroom villa in the quiet beachfront urbanizacion Bahia Dorada, is a must stay for holidays in Estepona.


Entering on the lower level, there are two good size bedrooms (one double room, and one twin room), each with built in wardrobes, and large windows which let in plenty of natural light. Decorated simply, the rooms feel spacious and the air conditioning units installed keep them cool even on the warmest days. One room has access via a lockable doors to the lower tiled terrace where sun loungers can be found, and large communal garden area which leads directly to the beach.


Upstairs there is a brand new fitted kitchen which is bright and modern, equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher, as well as all the utensils and crockery needed to prepare and enjoy meals at home. A large dining table and chairs within the open plan living area on the first floor provides a comfortable place to sit and enjoy family meals. This open plan area has a separate television and sofa to use as well as the main lounge on the floor above.


The washing machine is on the ground floor.


The upper lounge area has a fantastic open fireplace and the high ceilings give the entire area an airy feel. Equipped with a further smart TV and large L shaped sofa which converts to a double bed if required, this is the ideal place for relaxing when taking a break from the sunshine.


Double doors from the upper levels of the property provide access to the tiled terrace and outdoor space which is the perfect place to spend your days, especially as it has great views of the sea! The private terrace has been equipped with a comfortable sofa set and dining area. A shaded area has been built at the rear of the terrace, and there is also a built in barbecue/pizza oven private to the villa!


The nearest of Bahia Dorada´s many communal swimming pools, is only a few meters walk from the front door. 3 pools are within 5 minutes’ walk as is the tennis court.


Air conditioning and high speed, unlimited wifi is available throughout the property, and the main car park has many spaces for residents and visitors to park vehicles.



This villa is situated only 6km from Estepona Port, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and café´s to try during your stay. Estepona town's whitewashed buildings and cobbled streets are lined with flowers (each street has its own colour scheme) which are perfect for exploring. During this time, you will find many boutique stores and tapas bars to stop at and try out. There’s also a hotel rooftop bar in the Old town with incredible views which can be enjoyed over a cocktail!
