Luxury, brand new apartment in the stunning Residencial Infinity building, located in the centre of Estepona town. Residencial Infinity is within walking distance to everything that Estepona has to offer, including perfect golden beaches, places to enjoy fantastic food and drink, and the building even overlooks the beautiful grounds of Parque de la Constitucion! There is a rooftop pool with sun loungers, and a fully air conditioned gym including sauna and showers available only to residents and guests. This is one of the most exclusive buildings in the area.

A large dining table is situated outside the kitchen for indoor meals.


The living area is bright and spacious thanks to the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which provide access to the terrace outside. There is a huge L shaped sofa for relaxing (this also becomes a double bed which could sleep an additional 2 guests) and an impressive 58” smart TV placed here for use, offering direct access to local channels Netflix and other apps.


The three bedrooms are located on the same level and all include a large amount of storage within spacious built in wardrobes and a chest of drawers in each room. The master bedroom has a 1.8m wide super-kingsize bed and en-suite which includes a luxury bath, toilet and double sink.


In the second bedroom and third bedrooms both have been fitted with two single beds each. The second bathroom is situated between these rooms, and has a modern walk in shower, toilet and sink.


Equipped with an outdoor table and chairs and some chairs to relax outside in, the main outdoor terrace is a great place to spend time looking out onto everything that the town has to offer, while remaining a private place to spend your time.


High speed, unlimited wifi is included within the property and although a car is not necessary due to the location, we can include a car parking space within the private underground garage too. 



This apartment is situated only 1.5km from Estepona Port, where you can find numerous bars, restaurants and café´s to try during your stay. Estepona town´s whitewashed buildings and cobbled streets are lined with flowers (each street has its own colour scheme) which are perfect for exploring. During this time, you will find many boutique stores and tapas bars to stop at and try out. There’s also a hotel rooftop bar in the Old town with incredible views which can be enjoyed over a cocktail!
