Welcome to your beautifully located vacation paradise, only completed in 2021. On 2 floors, wooden terrace and garden you can spread out in the best way and feel at home. The open kitchen-living room is the heart of home life and equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay in all comfort.

From here you will enjoy arguably the most beautiful sea views, and have direct access to the large secluded terraces with wood from the local sawmill, where you will enjoy spending time especially on long summer days. The bedrooms are your peaceful retreat - In high-quality beds with top mattresses you will be able to sleep like a dream. Enjoy from here the view of the sea, or the tranquil village or the meadows with horse stables. Tasteful furniture classics and original artworks are spread throughout the house.

At the back of the property there is a campfire place, a hammock and a shady reading place under trees overlooking the Baltic Sea. The grounds are laid out as a natural property with trails, tall grass and wildflowers. Throughout the area you are undisturbed by the solitude of the house with natural border planting.

The house is a low-energy house with underfloor heating and a pleasant indoor climate. Throughout the accommodation you have optimal wifi reception.

You live quietly on the edge of Listed, 200 meters from the house is the viewpoint Lillehøj. The harbor (where you can fish for sea trout all year round) and the seaside resort are just a 1-minute walk away, as well as just 5 minutes along the beach path to the small hidden Høl beach. The popular town of Svaneke is only 2 km away.
