This beautiful apartment is well and functionally furnished, so you have a great starting point for your holiday in beautiful northern Italy.

In the eat-in kitchen you can prepare the meals of the day and gather around the table.
After breakfast on the balcony with a direct view of the harbour and the sea, you can make a plan for the day's activities and then pack a bag for the beach, lace up your walking boots, book a sailing boat or hire a bike if you'd rather not go to Florence or Genoa. If you have children with you, there is a playground 200 metres away.

You are only 10 metres from the sandy beach, so there is plenty of opportunity for swimming.
The river Magra is also ideal for swimming and in the surrounding area you can hire bicycles, go horse riding or sailing and play tennis, golf and mini golf.

To the west of the city of La Spezia lies the beautiful coastal landscape of the Cinque Terre, which consists of breathtaking scenery and idyllic coastal villages. Lucca and Pisa are also within easy reach if you want to experience the history of the area.
