Das House Montecucco ist ein geräumiges Apartment im Stadtteil Pozzo Strada in Turin. Die Wohnung befindet sich im siebten Stock (ausgestattet mit Doppelaufzügen) und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch und Zugang zum Balkon, einer Küche mit Essbereich und Balkon, zwei Doppelzimmern, eines davon mit Balkon, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Die Nachbarschaft ist nicht nur von Parks umgeben, sondern auch sehr bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Dienstleistungen (Supermarkt rund um die Uhr geöffnet, Bus-, Straßenbahn- und U-Bahn-Haltestellen sind nur wenige Meter entfernt). Die Wohnung befindet sich auch etwa 6 km vom Ägyptischen Museum entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es 2 große Parks, beide zu Fuß erreichbar: Parco Ruffini und Parco della Tesoriera. Der Parco della Tesoriera ist ein riesiger Garten, reich an Vegetation und Pflanzen, auch exotischer Herkunft; Im Inneren befindet sich eine barocke Villa namens Villa del Tesoriere, da sie das historische Zuhause von Aymo Ferrero, Schatzmeister und Ratsmitglied des Staates Savoyen, war.
