Lots of charm for this cottage in this vineyard still in activity situated in Murviel les Beziers. In a quiet and peaceful area, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees that spread this great property part of which was converted into 2 semi attaches cottages. This is the place conducive to relaxation and rest, an invitation to immerse you in the heart of nature with many walks, including the nearby Parc Régional du Haut Languedoc known for its hiking trails. Nearby is also a base of water sports. And to satisfy history lovers, simply venturing into the nearby medieval villages known for their Circulade. This cottage, 72 m², is comfortably furnished for 4 people with a private terrace facing the sunset. The views over the surrounding countryside are outstanding. The pool area, to share, is quiet, a few dozen meters from the cottage and into nature. He has an American beach, ideal for small children with 0.20 m of water. The decoration of the house is very neat and tasteful. The combination of building materials like stones and wood and warm colors give a lot of charm, character and usability. Ground floor: large living room of 35 m² with living room, kitchen and dinner. On 1st floor: 1 room with bed 160, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bathroom with toilet.     “Das Haus ist ein ausgebauter Teil eines Nebengebäudes, das auf einer Domäne (Chateau) liegt. Direkt daneben befindet sich ein zweites Ferienhaus. Die Domäne liegt etwa 5 km vom kleinen Dorf entfernt, wunderschön in Olivenhainen und Weinfeldern. Der Blick geht bis zu den Cevennen. Auf dem Arial leben etwa 40 Pfauen, Hühner - alles sehr ländlich, ein gemeinsamer großer Swimmingpool, sehr gepflegt.
    Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, es funktioniert alles. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer fehlt ein Schrank bzw. Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Bei 4 Personen wäre eine zusätzliche bzw. separate Toilette sehr hilfreich.”
