The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a very stylish block IN FRONT OF THE BEACH! Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lovely living room and separate kitchen. The living room leads directly to the terrace which has beautiful side sea views and a table and chair for dining or enjoying a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the Med! Estepona is one of the most popular destinations for both tourists and foreign residents alike on the Costa del Sol, yet even today it still manages to retain it’s old Andalusian charm. Located at the western end of the Costa del Sol at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja mountains. Estepona’s cobbled narrow streets, fishing port, Spanish cafes and bars spilling out higgledy piggledy on the pavements, and the quaint shops and bodegas, all combine with the modern Puerto Deportivo (leisure port) and marina, the tourist facilities and golden sandy beaches, to make this a comfortable and interesting place to stay for holidaymakers.The apartment is located 8 minutes walk from the centre and old town of Estepona. Many of Estepona’s beaches have been awarded the blue flag status for their high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Most have good facilities, including children’s facilities, showers, beach restaurants and water sports. The most well known beach is Playa La Rada. The apartment is named after this beach as it is located in front of the beach!
The apartment is all on on floor and is located on the 5th floor of this 6 floor apartment block. There is airconditioning and heating in all rooms other than the kitchen. The apartment is about 80 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a smart TV and corner sofa open plan to the dining room with table and chairs for 4 persons. There are two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom plus a separate family bathroom. There is also a a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine etc., Both the living room and the kitchen lead to the terrace which has beautiful side views of the Mediterranean.
Monthly rentals (28 days or more) do NOT include electricity, gas bottles (if required) and pellets for the pellets stove.It is possible to rent the appartement monthly from January to March.
Other than the beach which is in front of the apartment block, there are shops, banks, restaurants and bar, all within walking distance. You can also reach the Old Town of Estepona in about 8 minutes walk. There is also excellent public transport so if you fancy time away from the beach you can easily visit the surrounding towns of Fuengirola, Marbella and Calahonda. If you would like to venture further afield, you can reach the beautiful towns of Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Ronda.
