Villa Santina is located in the fairy-tale Istria, in Vabriga. This small village is located on the west coast of Istria and is only 7 km away from the city of Poreč. The location of villa Santina is ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday with family or friends, and at the same time, it is close enough to all the activities you could wish for. If you want to treat yourself and your loved ones to a luxurious holiday, then this villa is the right choice for you!

Villa Santina was built in a rustic construction style and offers its guests 208 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 725 m2. It is 1.5 km from the nearest beach and clear sea, where you can enjoy the sun and explore the depths of the sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. Guests will be accommodated in 3 comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms with double beds, and you will be delighted that each of the mentioned rooms has its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms are located on the top floor of the villa and have access to their own terrace with a sea view, while the third bedroom is on the ground floor.

On the ground floor, there is also a spacious living room that includes two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table, and a TV. Right next to the living room is the dining room with a dining table for 8 people, and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a bar behind which there are 4 more bar stools.

From the dining room and the living room, there is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where during hot summer days you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.6 metres. You will sunbathe on 8 deckchairs reading your favourite book or you will simply rest your body and soul in peace and quiet. Also, on the outdoor terrace, there is an outdoor covered dining table next to which there is an outdoor charcoal or wood grill where you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the pool, there is also a seating area ideal for drinking morning coffee or evening socialising.

Additional features of villa Santina are 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer, and iron. Also, as an additional bed for two people, there is a sofa bed in the living room, as well as a feeding table and a baby cot. With prior agreement, it is possible to have a massage.

The villa is completely fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces within its yard. Likewise, there is enough green space where children can play carefree.

Every year, Istria is visited by a large number of domestic and foreign tourists who are thrilled by the beauty, untouched nature, and fairy-tale places located near Vabriga. Nature lovers can explore its surroundings, swim in small and hidden coves, and visit the valley of the Mirna River, where there are forests rich in truffles. If you are more interested in cultural heritage, in just 20 minutes by car you will reach the city of Poreč, and nearby there are other cities such as Novigrad, Rovinj or Pula, where you will be delighted with the Roman amphitheatre. The gastronomic offer is excellent and includes numerous restaurants, taverns, and rural households where you can taste Istrian specialties and top local wines.
