On the beautiful island of Krk in the village Pinezići, the modern Villa Quadra is located. Only 500m in distance from the sea, Villa Quadra is an ideal place for all those who are looking for an active holiday on one of the largest and most lovely islands in the Adriatic.

The beautifully decorated Villa Quadra in its 200 m2 can accommodate 10 people in 5 modernly designed bedrooms including 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor of the villa you can find one bedroom and bathroom. The exclusively arranged kitchen and dining area is the perfect place for a family lunch, while in the beautiful lounge area you can relax from the summer heat in a fully air-conditioned setting. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor, a storage room, a laundry room and steps leading to the upper floor. On the upper floor you can find 3 beautiful bedrooms each with a separate bathroom and one children’s room with bunk beds.

In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool of 54m2 surrounded by 10 sun loungers. In the fully fenced garden which provides guests with privacy, there is also an outdoor barbecue. From the entertainment facilities available for our guests there is a children's playground, Smart TV, football equipment (small goal) and sunbathing area.

Since the 19th century, the island of Krk is a famous tourist destination. This island is in constant improvement in accommodation choice and arranging beautiful beach walks, preserving the environment making it a very desirable tourist destination. A large selection of apartments, rooms, and luxurious villas are available on the island of Krk. 14 beautiful beaches have a blue flag and are an example of the purity of the sea and the coast. The town of Pinezići is famous for the Sveta Fuska Church and Chapel of St. Marina in Skrpcica. Today, the inhabitants are very proud of their olive-growing and vineyard cultivation heritage which produce indigenous grapes and quality oil, whose recipes date back to the days of their ancestors who were patrons and shepherds of this area.
