"La perle rare" (meaning The rare pearl) is a Creole villa offering every comfort in an exceptional setting, classified as a 4-star furnished holiday home.

Situated on the edge of the lagoon of La Saline-les-bains, in a green setting, it offers direct access to a dream beach. 

Situated in the west of Réunion Island, you will benefit from the island's best climate and the beaches protected by the lagoon. The house is at 5 minutes from the shops, restaurants, banks, playground and fitness centre of La Saline-les-bains and 10 minutes from Saint-Gilles-les-bains and its pretty marina for your sea outings (diving, dolphins and whales watching, etc.). Several "feet in the sand" restaurants are accessible directly from the beach!

This property, with its direct access to the beach in a quiet wooded area, is a family Creole villa that has been fully renovated and equipped for your comfort. With its many outdoor lounge areas and practical, comfortable interior, it's sure to win you over and allow you to recharge your batteries on this intense island. There's nothing like a swim in the lagoon, a paddle outing or an aperitif in front of the sunset, after a day of sightseeing on the island.

 

With regard to the house rules, we would like to remind you that :

·        The villa is strictly reserved for its tenants. External guests are not permitted.

·        The villa is non-smoking. However, smoking is permitted in the outside areas (and cigarette butts and cigarettes must be disposed of in the ashtray).

·        Pets are not allowed.

·        Parties and noisy events are not permitted.
