The pretty Villa Torre III with private pool is located near the tourist hotspot of Porec and can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. It is close to the sea and has a beautiful sea view from the upper terrace. This tastefully furnished villa is the perfect choice for beach holidaymakers who want to spend a relaxing holiday with the family in Istria.
On the ground floor there is a bright living room with TV and fireplace, which invites you to simply relax. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. All three double bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two are on the first floor. One of the bathrooms has a sauna, which is certainly a plus point of this villa.
The outdoor area is characterised by the pool and the covered dining area. The pool consists of two parts, the deeper one for swimming and the shallower one with hydro-massage. A charcoal barbecue is available for all barbecue fans. Enjoy the warm Istrian summer evenings on the terrace and treat yourself to a delicious meal or a cool drinkThe newly built holiday home is located in the village of Tar near Pore. The villa is only 2.5 km from the beach. The Tar-Vabriga area offers cultural and recreational events (e.g. donkey races). During your stay, visit the Euphrasian Basilica (Unesco cultural heritage) in the cultural and historic centre of Pore (9 km). The basilica was built in Byzantine style and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Pore is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose mighty city walls have withstood the challenges of time and today welcome tourists from all over the world. Vinjan (11 km from Pore) is a small town on a hill surrounded by forests, known for its internationally famous astronomical observatory. The town is surrounded by forests and is located 11 km north-east of Porec. The ancient terrace on the square, which is entered through a Venetian arch, offers a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since Venice ruled Visnjan, the town has been a renowned trading centre where agricultural products and tools of all kinds were sold. Even today, a traditional market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a special attraction for people from all over Istria. Vinjan is a particularly interesting place for astrology enthusiasts because of its internationally renowned astronomical observatory.
