In Carnas, nestled between Nîmes and Montpellier, discover this holiday retreat for two within a private estate boasting a shared pool.

Set within a former 9th-century priory, this charming estate offers six holiday rentals, each accommodating two guests. Situated amidst serene vineyards and a sprawling Mediterranean park, this tranquil haven is furnished with contemporary décor and high-quality amenities, offering an ideal base to explore Provence, the Cevennes, and the Languedoc.

The property includes a welcoming living room and separate bedroom with access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances.

Outside, guests have access to a laundry room shared with other guests, while the grounds offer stunning views of the vineyards. The shared swimming pool is secured by an audible alarm, offering a relaxing oasis.

The rental also includes a private shaded terrace. Enjoy outdoor dining with a charcoal barbecue or engage in a game of pétanque at the shared pitch. Additionally, two bicycles are available upon request to explore the estate and its surroundings.

The Estate is located between Nîmes and Montpellier, near the medieval village of Sommières. With 300 days of sunshine a year, this corner of paradise in the Provencal Gard offers landscapes of rare beauty: 30 minutes south are the Camargue and the sandy beaches of Languedoc. A stone's throw away, the Cévennes National Park reveals equally spectacular landscapes. The region is rich of a fantastic historical heritage: The city of Avignon, the Roman cities of Nîmes and Arles, the Pont du Gard, the duchy of Uzès, the Languedoc historic towns of Montpellier, Pézenas, Aigues-Mortes, Sommières and Sauve as well as a multitude of charming villages.

The situation close to the village of Carnas is ideal to discover the Camargue, the Cevennes, the Provençal Gard, the Languedoc.
