In the heart of Southern Ardèche lies this beautiful stone farmhouse nestled in the tranquil village of St Alban Auriolles. Located just 200 metres from the village centre, this peaceful abode offers a private courtyard complete with a refreshing pool and is ideal for accommodating two families.

Entering the house through stone stairs, you'll step into the inviting covered terrace, locally known as "Le Couradou". This charming spot overlooks the courtyard, perfect for relaxed gatherings and enjoying meals together.

Inside, the house unfolds into a welcoming space. The living area, adorned with an open kitchen, includes a range of modern amenities. A cosy sitting area sets the scene for leisurely evenings, while a dining area offers a warm ambiance for shared meals. The house features one bedroom on the south side and another on the north side, both with ensuite facilities. Additionally, the children's bedroom offers four single beds and a private shower room.

Stepping outside, an inner courtyard awaits, providing a spot to enjoy a game of boules. The private pool (8m x 4m) invites you to relax and soak up the sunshine. The garden offers a serene setting, perfect for unwinding, playing games, and embracing the soothing melody of cicadas during your getaway.

The home is located in Southern Ardèche, near Ruoms, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vallon Pont d'Arc, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Caverne du Pont d'Arc, less than an hour from Uzès. The Ardeche is a perfect holiday destination for sports lovers or active holidays: Canoeing on the Ardèche or the Chassezac, hiking on the Ardéchois mountains, horseback riding, canyoning etc.
