"Can Porreti" offers a unique retreat in the heart of traditional Mallorca with almond and fig trees. In 2015, the stables were converted into five modern, comfortable flats, each with a small terrace.

The property's communal areas, including a pool, sun terrace, sun loungers, barbecue area and outdoor bathroom, encourage socialising, while the extensive grounds ensure privacy. Children will easily make friends, and the presence of sheep gives the land an authentic rural charm.

The "Can Porreti El Soll" is a soundproofed flat with white walls, natural stone, Spanish wall tiles and lots of wood. It is ideal for couples and has a double bed, a kitchenette with dining area and a comfortable seating area. Air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort, while the communal area and included breakfast ensure a peaceful, community-focused stay. "Can Porreti La Soll" is situated in a rural and quiet location in the centre of the island between Lloret de Vistalegre, Costitx and Sineu and only approx. 28 km from several dream beaches. The Ma-3011 takes you to the medieval town of Sineu in just a few minutes, where you can go shopping and stroll around. For more extensive shopping trips, the town of Inka is recommended for its wines and leather goods. Spend a relaxing day in the Sa Comuna nature park in the shade of the pine trees. The sparkling sea and beaches such as the fantastic Playa de Muro are just half an hour away.
