With a flair for aesthetics, the owner has succeeded in combining the lounge atmosphere of a lifestyle venue with the charm of a rural villa. Many extras such as a practical outdoor kitchen, which has a first-class barbecue, or a pond with a soothing babbling fountain ensure a good mood and plenty of variety for your days at the villa. The long tables in the garden offer enough space for all travellers and any other guests. Whether you choose to enjoy your afternoon tea on the shaded terrace or the spacious balcony, every aspect of the villa will delight you with its originality and quality.

The conservatory with its light-flooded glass façade and fireplace is also a wonderfully cosy place for convivial moments. Access is via the huge kitchen with cooking island, which fulfils even the highest demands. Inspired by the ingenuity of this space, you will finally find the time to try out some of the more complicated dishes! The villa's living room has a rustic flair with a vaulted ceiling reminiscent of medieval wine taverns. If you want to end the day relaxing with a glass of wine, there is a rocking chair and two comfortable white sofas at your disposal. The hallway with its rustic wooden elements and typical Mallorcan roof beams is also a real eye-catcher. Three of the bedrooms are also located on the ground floor, one of which has its own bathroom, while the other two rooms share a bathroom. The three double bedrooms on the upper floor all have their own bathroom. This floor also offers a modern living room with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV, so you can spend an exciting film evening here. Unobtrusive artwork and decorative elements such as an oar emphasise the maritime character of the accommodation.

The tantalising proximity to the coast invites you to go for a walk and a swim. The natural sandy beach of Es Trenc near Colonia St. Jordi can be reached in half an hour by hire car. But there are also many hidden bays to discover; we recommend Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards and the double bay of Mondrago and S'Amarador. If you visit the 700-year-old artists' town of Santanyí, just 10 kilometres from the villa, you will find an exciting mix of cafés, art galleries and exquisite restaurants. The idyllic fishing village of Cala Figuera, 12 km away, is a lovely place to watch the fishing boats return in the afternoon. Here you can enjoy fresh fish in the evening before returning to your wonderfully tranquil Villa Son Tous.
