A rustic old house with plenty of space and a very special charm, tastefully renovated and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for on holiday: this is the unbeatable combination that Villa sHort de Marina, not far from Ses Covetes in the south of Mallorca, has to offer. The building with its pretty green shutters sits on a spacious plot and is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with lawns, natural stone walls and Mediterranean greenery. Here you have complete privacy, whether you want to cool off in the pool, play a game of table tennis or let off steam with a game of football or volleyball. But you will also find the best conditions for sweet idleness: For example, how about a siesta on one of the comfortable loungers by the pool, a cool drink and a tasty snack at one of the large dining tables on the various, partially covered terraces, or a good book in one of the gently rocking chairs?

The modern interior forms an exciting contrast to the rustic exterior of your air-conditioned villa. Old and new elements have been wonderfully combined here with a good sense of tasteful interior design. Parts of the original natural stone walls are still visible in many rooms; the brick seating areas are particularly beautiful and look very inviting with their cosy cushions. The sofa in the living room on the ground floor is both cosy and chic. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV with pleasantly discreet ceiling lighting. In the dining room right next door, the long dining table with its great wooden tabletop immediately catches the eye and offers a great place to sit together, eat and drink and reminisce about holiday experiences. The living area on the ground floor is complemented by the modern kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, two tastefully furnished double bedrooms and two stylish bathrooms. Upstairs you will find two further bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Your holiday home is not only the perfect starting point for leisurely walks, some of the island's most beautiful beaches are just 5 km from your villa. You can spend hours of sunshine by the sea on the long sandy beach of Ses Covetes or in the small bay of Es Freu de Ses Covetes, but you should also definitely pay a visit to Platja Es Trenc. It is the longest natural beach in Mallorca, with fine white sand and turquoise-coloured water, surrounded by a fantastic dune landscape. In some sections you can hire sunbeds and parasols, others are completely unspoilt. If you prefer a trip into town, you can drive the 11.2 kilometres to Campos along the road, which can be audible depending on the wind direction. The rural village is characterised by narrow, romantic winding streets, beautiful traditional stone houses and a pleasant tranquillity Campos has been largely spared from mass tourism and has therefore retained a very special, authentic flair. A stylishly renovated house on a spacious plot, surrounded by a typical Mediterranean landscape, awaits you at Villa s'Hort de Marina near Ses Covetes in the south of Mallorca. The well-kept outdoor area not only boasts a sloping pool, but also various, partially covered terrace areas and plenty of space for any children travelling with you to play. The beautiful beaches of Ses Covetes and the town itself are just 2 km away in your hire car.
