The holiday home Can Coca is nestled in a well-kept garden plot in the east of Mallorca. Thanks to its slightly sloping location, it offers marvellous views over the gently rolling hills to the east of Manacor. The property consists of a main house, a separate stable building and an old tool shed. The buildings date back to 1900 and have been carefully renovated. While the main house is not rented out, you can spend a relaxing holiday in the former stable building. With a living space of 70 m², it has been converted into a cosy, tastefully furnished oasis. The pool can be lit and has a counter-current system. There is a total of approx. 300 m² of open and covered terraces. On each of them you can enjoy your meals, relax and sunbathe sheltered from the wind. There is also a brick barbecue and an old bread oven at your disposal. Depending on the season, you can help yourself to oranges, lemons, figs and herbs in the small, romantic orchard.

The living area of the holiday home for 4 people is built at ground level. You are greeted by an open, cosy living room with fireplace and dining area. Adjacent to this is a modern, well-equipped country kitchen. The two cosy double bedrooms each have their own access to the small terrace next to the orchard. There is also a utility room and a beautiful bathroom. As the entire house has underfloor heating, this beautiful property is not only a very family-friendly holiday home, but also the ideal place for hikers who want to combine their walks with relaxing recreation in the mild Mediterranean winter season. The holiday home is located approx. 7 km east of Manacor. Here you will find good shopping facilities. Within 20 minutes by car you can reach several beautiful bays on the east coast of Mallorca, such as Sa Coma and Porto Cristo. Just as close is the family-friendly holiday resort of Cala Millor with a good selection of bars and restaurants.
