The first-class motorway connections, coupled with the otherwise wonderful rural surroundings, sweeten the holiday experience with the uncomplicated arrival. The garden can be described as a park and offers the perfect place to relax in the midst of the green oasis during your stay. A small path lined with a beautiful lawn leads to the stately entrance area with its beautifully constructed archway. To the right is the shimmering pool, surrounded by palm trees and the wonderful sun terrace, including really cosy four-poster bed-like day beds made of rustic, whitewashed wood. Here we can let the carefully selected garden design and the well-equipped wellness area speak for themselves. Modern design meets a contemporary twist on the typical rustic style of the Mediterranean region. Right next to the sun terrace is a covered and therefore shady dining and relaxation area. The property is located directly on the easily audible Ma-6040 motorway, which takes you quickly to the beautiful coastal town of Colònia Sant Jordi (a former fishing village with typical Mallorcan charm). There are many restaurants, bars and cafés on the harbour promenade and the town has everything you need, from supermarkets to banks and pharmacies. A visit to the weekly market is a must for anyone who wants to immerse themselves in typical Mallorcan life, and a stroll through the town is definitely worthwhile. There are literally as many bathing opportunities as there is sand on the beach. You can reach the finest sandy beaches in the most beautiful surroundings in just a few minutes by car. Villa Colonia Es Trenc, with its high-quality and attractive furnishings, is located in the beautiful south of the Balearic Islands, close to the municipality of Campos. The location scores with its excellent connections and the rural surroundings that surround the park-like property. The nearest town, Colònia Sant Jordi, is only about 4 km away and the nearest supermarket is 3 km away. The nearest beaches, such as Platja es Trenc or Can Curt, are also only approx. 3 km away.
