Recharge your batteries in Mallorca's Tuscany and experience the country and its people Cas Batlet Julia awaits you amidst wooded hills with a well-tended, level garden and a beautiful 11-metre pool and looks forward to welcoming you between its stone walls. The villa is separated from other country houses in the neighbourhood by palm trees, hedges and flowering shrubs, especially as the covered terrace area supported by pillars has created a niche for private access and parking. At the same time, of course, you can enjoy the uninterrupted view of the surrounding natural landscape. The tiered XL pool and its loungers and straw parasols as well as the outdoor shower are close to the house, with easy access to the guest WC and fridge, and you can keep an eye on the children as they splash around in the water or play on the lawn. And if you're really hungry, you can roll the mobile barbecue into the right action position and set the table.

The interior design focuses on natural beauty: decorative quarry stone walls in almost all rooms not only promise a pleasant coolness in the island summer, but also create a very special living, sleeping and showering atmosphere. Allergy sufferers in particular will be delighted, as dust collectors are nowhere to be found in Cas Bartlet Julia. Rustic charm and the essentials of life are combined with modern comfort, as illustrated in the spacious vaulted kitchen and the three guest rooms (one on the ground floor, two up the stairs), each of which has its own bathroom with either a shower or shower tray. With a double bed, split mattresses and two single beds, there are three options available to suit your individual sleeping needs. And because the outdoor area is far too beautiful to spend more time indoors than necessary, the living room is limited to a TV and reading corner with access to the garden; the dining table is pushed into the centre of the hallway so that you have access to the terrace when the door is wide open.

If you choose to spend your holiday in the heart of the island around S'Horta, Calonge, Cas Concos and Felanitx, you will always find hills and pine forests that invite you to go for a walk or a leisurely bike ride, or narrow streets and quaint shops that are perfect for an evening stroll. But if you prefer the coast, it's Portocolom ahoy! The journey from land to sea takes just a few minutes. With the MA-4016, which runs right by the house, you can set off immediately and stock up the fridge in the next village, unless you prefer to walk across the road to enjoy an evening in the romantic courtyard of the oldest grill restaurant on Mallorca. Nevertheless, you are sure to moor frequently in the fishing village and on the south-eastern beaches to soak up the sun and the salty breeze and swap the pool water for sea waves. The marina of Cala d'Or (approx. 8 km away) offers a more sophisticated atmosphere at a reasonable price. Little Ibiza may cost a little more, but it also has a lot to offer. If you are a larger group of up to 14 people, we recommend that you also book the neighbouring villa Can Lliganya.

Rustic charm in a hilly, green landscape, gently nestled between Calonge and S'Horta: The sea can already be seen from Cas Batlet Julia, the nearest beaches are only 6 km away and the harbour of Portocolom is 8 km away. The bakery and supermarket in the neighbouring village can be reached by car in just 2 minutes and the tasteful mill restaurant Sa Farina is just a few steps away. Golfers will feel right at home on the greens of Vall d'Or.
