Pretty gravelled and terraced areas surround this finca, which offers a stylish holiday home for up to 6 people in the beautiful south of Mallorca. Fruit trees such as pomegranates, plums and figs characterise the spacious grounds, as do rustic olive trees. You can sit comfortably in the lounge right next to the house or dine together at the dining table. The 20 metre long and exceptionally large pool is a great place to exercise. Comfortable loungers on the surrounding sun terrace invite you to relax. If you wish, you can also find some natural shade here. The balcony terrace, where comfortable loungers are also available, offers a wide view. A brick-built charcoal barbecue is available for barbecue evenings.

The spacious interior of the house is trendy, modern and cosy. A lot of love has been put into the selection of modern furniture and accessories. Harmonious colours, elegant floors and plenty of light also characterise the very tasteful ambience, which extends over two floors. The living and dining room as well as the stylish, fully equipped kitchen are located on the ground floor. To the left of the entrance is a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. The house has radiators and a hot/cold air conditioning system, making it pleasant to live in at any time of year. It is supplied with solar power. The modern Mallorca finca Son Grancampio is located in rural surroundings and only approx. 5 minutes by car from Campos, where you will find restaurants, bars and shops for your daily needs. Due to its strategic location, the road connections are ideal. Some of the inviting beaches in the south of Mallorca are only a quarter of an hour away from the finca, for example the famous fine sandy Es Trenc.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund. Electricity is included in the price if consumption is reasonable. In the rare event that this amount is exceeded, you will be charged the fee in cash on site. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
