The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1985, renovated in 2022 and is modern furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the water. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Triscina of Selinunte. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. 350 meters from the free sandy beach. IN THE AREA: The location of the apartment is perfect for families with children, there is no road between the apartment and the beach, you can safely go down to the sea from the apartment. The free beach with bar and facilities is ideal thanks to the gradual access to the sea. The famous archaeological site of Selinunte is 1.4 km from Triscina di Selinunte. Vincenzo Florio Trapani airport is 66 km away and Palermo airport is 97 km away. Shops, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, butchers with hot and cold buffets and bakeries are open in the summer season directly in the village of Triscina di Selinunte.
