The apartment features a spacious living room with a seating area, TV, internet, and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub, and there is an additional guest WC. From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the cozy winter garden. Despite the "city feeling" in St. Moritz-Bad, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the Engadine mountains due to its location on the 7th floor.
Please note that one bedroom has a window facing the hallway.
On the ground floor, there is a shared laundry room, bike room, and ski room. A garage parking space can be rented for CHF 15.00 per day.
The location of the apartment is optimal. Within walking distance, you can reach shops, restaurants, Lake St. Moritz, and the Stazerwald. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and access to the cross-country ski track is directly next to the house. The sports field and indoor pool are 3-5 minutes away on foot. The bus departs every 10 minutes to the Signalbahn valley station.
