This 3.5-room apartment is located on the 7th floor and is accessible by an elevator. The highlight of the apartment is the newly renovated, top-modern kitchen from 2023. The bus stop is right in front of the building, and access to the cross-country ski track is directly next to the house. The sports field and indoor pool are 3-5 minutes away on foot. The bus departs every 10 minutes to the Signalbahn valley station.
