3.5-room apartment with balcony and beautiful views of Lake St. Moritz, St. Moritz village, and the Corviglia ski area.

The apartment features a living room equipped with a sofa and TV. From the living room, you can directly access the balcony. The kitchen is in a separate room and can be closed off, with the dining area located right next to it. In the entrance area, there is a separate WC. On the left side of the apartment are the two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The fireplace seen in the photos is no longer functional.

The apartment has been updated with new flooring and freshly painted walls. The residential building includes an elevator and a communal indoor pool (closed in May and November).

The Skyline House is located right next to Lake St. Moritz in a central location in St. Moritz-Bad. The bus stop, restaurants, and shopping facilities are just a few minutes' walk away.
