Large holiday house with a Mediterranean garden and a swimming pool in a sunny location close to the town centre

This holiday house is located in a neighbourhood in the medieval town of Vaison la Romaine, in the centre of Provence. It is only ten minutes on foot to the town centre (1.5km) with its beautiful town squares shaded by planes, the high street and cafes and restaurants.

You will fall in love with the well maintained Mediterranean garden. It has a 10 x 5 meter pool, with a depth of up to 2 meters, and is surrounded by olive and apricot trees and Mediterranean flowers. The pool and the pool area are exposed to sunshine all day. The pool area is furnished with sun shades and sun loungers. There are two additional sitting areas - one in front of, one adjacent to the house. One of the areas is covered.

This elegantly furnished and spaciously designed 210 m² country house offers plenty of space for up to eight adults and one child. On the ground floor, you will find the large living room with the library. It is furnished with a comfortable sectional in front of the decorative fireplace, satellite television, a DVD player and a stereo. The kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a glass ceramic stove and more, also offers a beautiful, rustic dining area. The four spacious bedrooms are located on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed each width 140 and 160 cm. The other two bedrooms offer a double bed size 180 x 200 cm each. These beds can also be used as single beds 90 x 200 cm depending on the guests' wishes. Bed linen is available. A child's cot is also available. There are two bathrooms. One with a shower, bathtub, two sinks, and a hair dryer and the other one an en-suite with a shower, a sink and a hair dryer. The washing machine is located in the basement.

You can easily reach the nearby town centre, where you can go shopping and enjoy cafes and restaurants. The vicinity offers and abundance of cultural, sporting and leisure activities.

The house boasts wireless internet access free of charge.

    “Mooi huis voor een nette prijs. Jammer dat de vaatwasser kapot was maar hier is in de loop van de week een nieuwe voor geleverd.
    Enige minpunt ( maar daar kan de verhuurder niets aan doen) zijn de tijgermuggen.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus, gute Raumaufteilung, gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage ist super, schön ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen, das Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 15 Min erreichbar. Sehr schöner Ort mit toller Altstadt.
    Bis auf Kleinigkeiten, waren das Haus und der Garten gut gepflegt.
    Gerne wieder!”
