Sleeping room with double bed (160 cm wide,200 cm long) In the accompanying wardrobes you will find more than enough space for your wardrobe. Bed linen is also available-100% cotton percale for ultimate hygiene and luxurious feeling (free-of-charge)Real wood flooring. Bathroom with bathhub,hot and cold water,hairdryer,towels,soap and shampoo. Living room with sofa-bed,dining table, LCD-TV with DVD and satelite reciever, exit to balcony. Fully equipped kitchen with Plates, Freezer, Kettle / water-boiler, Cutlery, Dish Washer, Glases, Coffee Maker, cooking utensils, Microwave, Fridge kitchen, exit to second balcony. Sleeping and living room with parquet,other rooms with quality Italian ceramic tiles. All furniture is hand made of real wood,water based eco friendly paints, all rooms are separated and with doors divided. Non smoking property (smoking is only at balcony allowed) Apartment is situated on third floor of private building with no elevator.

Near the house are restaurants with domestic and international food, grocery shop,pharmacy,bank,ambulance,dentist,bakery all in circle of 200 meters. Near of apartment is public beach at only 100 meters. Beach is paved and pebble. Transfer from/to airport,bus or railway station is also available on request. Apartment space is aprox. 50m2, balconies are about 6m2+2m2.
