Holiday apartment with air conditioning

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is modern and functional furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. With the maximum capacity of the apartment there is the possibility of accommodating a child up to 4 years who does not use his own bed, with a fee of 5.00 EUR per day / per child. Apartment Dragaš *** is a modern apartment with private parking, terrace and balcony. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, radio, Internet and air conditioning, kitchen, bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, electric grill, dishwasher, coffee maker and refrigerator, while the bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), coffee machine and access to the terrace.

    “Wir waren zu zweit 1 Woche in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wirkt relativ frisch
    renoviert und hat eine gute Austattung: Küche mit allem Geschirr, was man benötigt, Geschirrspüler ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Bad ist relativ klein aber sonst auch in Ordnung. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, die genutzt werden kann. Den Fernseher im Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht genutzt, aber bei dem im Wohnzimmer können deutsche Programme empfangen werden. Das Haus hat eine große, private Terrasse, wo 2 gemütliche Liegen und ein Tisch mit 4 Stühlen zur Verfügung stehen. Die Terrasse ist mega gemütlich, man hat dort bis nachmittags Sonne, dank einer Markise aber auch Schatten.

    Der nächste Supermarkt mit Brottheke ist ca. 300 m entfernt. Am Strand ist man in ca. 2 Gehminuten. Dort ist ein kleiner Kiesstrand und ansonsten betonierte Badeplateaus. Das Wasser ist sehr sauber und auch im Juli war es dort nicht zu voll. In der Stadt ist man in ca. 10-15 Gehminuten. Restaurants sind aber auch in kürzerer Distanz erreichbar.

    Das einzig negative war, dass das Haus an einer Straße zum Strand/ der Uferpromenade liegt und somit dort auch nachts Leute nach “Hause“ gehen. Mit offenem Fenster war das teilweise relativ laut. Die Musik von Stradbars hört man auch teilweise. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es in Ordnung, da wir aber die Klimaanlage nicht genutzt haben, konnten wir diese nicht schließen in der Nacht.

    Alles in allem ist es eine moderne, neuwertige Ferienwohnung, die hinsichtlich Strand und Restaurants super liegt. Der Vermieter wohnt gleich nebenan und ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
